Job summary

TCC UK in Hereford is seeking motivated Delivery Drivers to join our expanding team. As a self-employed courier, you will handle daily routes, collect parcels, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to schedules.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with minimal points, own a large van or use rental options, and pass a background check. Training and ongoing support are provided, with pay typically issued every two weeks.

Earn £205–£258 per day | Monday to Friday | Saturdays Available

What We Offer

• Location: Hereford/Gloucestershire (Depot for Collection of Goods)


• Day Rate: £205 - £258 per day (Routes usually 7-8 hours)


• Working Days: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays available


• Must provide own large van with correct insurance - Rental vehicle available upon request


• Two-week payment terms


• Starting Date - ASAP

What We're Looking For

• Self-employed drivers with a strong work ethic


• Full UK driving licence


• Excellent time management and customer service skills


• Previous courier or multi-drop delivery experience is preferred


• Ability to work independently and manage daily delivery routes


• Full, valid driving licence (UK or EU) with less than 6 points


• Must be able to pass a background check


• Apple or Andriod device for use of delivery app


• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation is beneficial but not essential


• Strong time management and organisational skills


• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills


• Ability to lift and carry goods
