Job Overview:

A rapidly growing, award-winning fresh food manufacturer is looking for a Van Delivery Driver to join its transport team in Portishead. This role involves delivering fresh food products to customers efficiently and on time, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load delivery vehicles efficiently and securely.
• Complete multiple deliveries per shift to customers across designated areas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality while handling goods.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and records.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Identify and report any issues or areas for improvement to management.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road networks and geographic areas within the South West.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and customer service approach.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Basic food hygiene, manual handling, and health & safety awareness (training can be provided).

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
• Flexibility required to meet operational needs.
