Job description

Driver Hire, the UK’s largest specialist logistics recruiter, has been supporting transport businesses across the country with essential staff cover for nearly 40 years.

Our network’s portfolio of clients has grown substantially in recent years, with a variety of customers requiring more focused support across the Buckingham area. As a result, we’re now looking for additional Van Delivery Drivers to join the Driver Hire Buckingham team to support.

Role:

Delivering a wide range of equipment to manufacturers and helping with loading and packing the vehicle for the next day.

Working Hours:

Start times vary from 05:00 am - 08:00 am, working days from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays.

About You:

1. Be able to lift heavy items due to the role.
2. Reliability is a must.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Private transport to get to work every day.
5. Held your Cat B licence for longer than one year and have less than 6 points on your licence.
6. Plus a willingness to work hard, competence, confidence, and are personable, friendly and able to offer a great service to our customers.

The pay rate is from £13.70 per hour paid through our payroll company.
