Job summary

The Lanes Group plc is seeking a CCTV Engineer in Chester to support our growing network. You will use CCTV to inspect pipes, measure dimensions, and document debris or grease buildup, reporting findings to clients.

You will access pipes via manholes, then perform the majority of tasks from a equipped van, with tablet-based record-keeping and reporting. Flexibility for early starts and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points)
• Ability to work in a 2-person team
• IT skills including Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• OX19 preferred
• CSCS Card preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV equipment to measure pipe heights and depths and record any damages
• Access pipes via manhole covers to launch CCTV camera with accuracy
• Carry out most work from a van equipped with CCTV and computer system
• Use a tablet to record work and report to clients
