The Partnerships & Change (P&C) directorate manages strategic relationships, onboarding/offboarding, future service development, enterprise architecture, and business analysis.

We seek a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Lead to facilitate initiatives across the organization, working with various teams to identify waste, streamline processes, and enhance value creation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean methodologies, facilitation skills, and a successful track record in complex environments.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement roles.
  • Proven leadership in VSM initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of lean principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities.
  • Experience coaching teams on lean and agile practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Leadership influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Expertise in process analysis and waste reduction.
  • Commitment to continuous operational improvement.
