What You Will Do:
As a Value Stream Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple global customer accounts, overseeing both development engineering and production programmes. You'll work cross-functionally to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, while ensuring strong customer focus and business alignment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing engineering and production programmes across the full lifecycle
  • Leading cross-functional teams to meet delivery, cost, and quality targets
  • Acting as the key point of contact for global customer accounts
  • Driving earned value performance (SPI, CPI) and managing risk and opportunity
  • Delivering monthly programme updates and financial performance reports
  • Building and maintaining internal and external relationships
  • Supporting strategic business planning and initiatives
