Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Value Engineering Manager to drive data-led growth within its Enterprise Product Commercialisation team.

You will transform data into commercial insights, identify growth opportunities, and enable sales teams to win more business on a global scale. You will work across Product, Sales, Strategy and Analytics to deliver data-driven value cases, forecasts, and strategic recommendations that influence go-to-market plans and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science or related).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
• Experience working with large datasets; proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to present to senior audiences.
• Commercial curiosity and passion for using data to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-backed recommendations to support Global Payments' product go-to-market strategy and priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities across the customer base using advanced analytics and segmentation.
• Build customer value cases quantifying commercial impact to support sales conversations.
• Partner with Product and Sales to improve opportunity identification, prioritisation and conversion.
• Produce senior-level reporting and performance analyses for leadership decisions.
• Build revenue forecasts and business cases across the Enterprise Product portfolio.
• Assess market dynamics and investment opportunities to guide strategic planning.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders to shape future initiatives.
