Job summary

Infinity Quest Uk is seeking a seasoned Value Engineer to bridge business strategy and technology, delivering measurable outcomes in a largely remote UK setup with occasional London office visits.

You will lead value assessment, identify and prioritize high-impact use cases, quantify benefits, and drive stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment and realization of value across projects.

1. Business Value Assessment: Identify business challenges and opportunities across a process(es), and translate them into measurable business value and outcomes.
2. Use Case Identification & Prioritization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize high-impact use cases based on business value, feasibility, and expected ROI.
3. Value Quantification & Business Case Development: Quantify the financial impact of proposed solutions by defining relevant KPIs, estimating cost savings, revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiencies, and building business cases.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops: Conduct discovery sessions and value workshops with business and technology stakeholders to understand pain points, align on business priorities, and define value realization opportunities.
5. Solution Alignment & Value Mapping: Work closely with solution architects, and implementation teams to map proposed solutions to business problems and demonstrate how technology capabilities can address KH-specific challenges.
6. Value Realization & KPI Tracking: Utilise existing value realization frameworks, define baseline and target KPIs, track business outcomes, and work with stakeholders to validate realized benefits against the original business case.

Key expectation: The VE should bridge the gap between business strategy and technology solutions, ensuring that proposed initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes for the KH.
