Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of consulting experience in value and market access.
• Experience leading engagements, project teams and client relationships.
• Strong primary research with payers and KOLs; value strategy knowledge.
• Knowledge of payer evidence requirements and European HTA frameworks.
• Proficient in secondary research and relevant analytical methods.
• Experience contributing to proposals and account growth.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.
