We are hiring an ambitious, newly qualified rural surveyor to join our rural division in Oxford. Our dedicated team provides advice to landowners and farmers on unlocking asset value, diversification, land use change, rural management, natural capital, biodiversity opportunities, and rural asset valuation across the UK.
This varied role requires project and business management skills, with hands-on delivery of property services including valuation advice to clients, professional advisors, and stakeholders. If you are not currently RICS qualified, we support a two-year structured RICS graduate training program to achieve APC completion. Building strong client relationships is essential, including attending meetings and preparing communications and reports.
