Job Title: Valuations Manager

Location: Poole

Brand: Leaders

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The position of Valuations Manager will involve growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients, delivering first-class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target-driven team.

Duties will include:

  1. Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
  2. Carrying out property valuations
  3. Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings and registering applicants
  4. Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  5. Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  6. Introducing new business and building alliances within the local community through active networking
  7. Being the stream of communication between client and vendor by sharing information
  8. Building strong relationships internally and externally
  9. Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  10. Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close
  11. Supporting branch management with ad hoc tasks

Skills Required:

  1. At least 2 years’ experience as a residential sales agent and a proven track record in securing new business
  2. Listing and/or valuation experience
  3. Excellent sales ability
  4. High level of customer service skills
  5. Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  6. The ability to negotiate
  7. Tenacity and being a self-starter with the drive to succeed
  8. Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  9. Responsiveness to change
