Job summary

PKF Littlejohn is seeking a Valuations professional to deliver assignments for listed companies and owner-managed businesses. You will support management with scope, budgets and timelines, draft reports, and liaise with clients and audit teams.

You will apply PPA, discounted cash flows and option pricing techniques while maintaining high-quality, client-focused outputs. You should bring ACCA/ACA or CFA training, strong Excel/Word skills, and a proven valuation background.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accepted valuation approaches including PPA, DCF and option price valuation.
• Proven prior experience within valuations.
• Proficiency in report writing and preparing client-facing documents.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-assignment discussions with the client and valuations team.
• Assist the manager with scoping the assignment and valuation approach.
• Understand objectives, budget and timeline for each assignment.
• Request information from the client promptly to complete the assignment.
• Prepare valuation using firm templates and research the market.
• Draft the valuation report or client letter for review.
• Ensure work aligns with approved plan and budget.
• Provide challenge questions for audit support and client valuations.
• Flag developments that may change strategy and suggest solutions.
• Clear review points and respond to client queries professionally.
