Forvis Mazars in London is seeking a Manager for Financial Reporting Valuations to lead valuation engagements, including PPA and impairment testing, and to develop client relationships across corporate and private equity-backed clients.

You will prepare and review valuation models and reports, coordinate teams, and contribute to business development while upholding high professional standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in business valuation and financial reporting valuation assignments.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, FRS 102 and fair value measurement principles.
• Experience managing valuation engagements and coordinating teams to deliver high-quality client service.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business development.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to review complex analyses and exercise sound professional judgement.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage financial reporting valuation engagements, including purchase price allocations (PPA) and impairment reviews.
• Prepare and review valuation models, analyses and reports in line with accounting standards.
• Support audit teams by responding to valuation queries and engaging in reviews.
• Project manage multiple engagements to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership within valuation practice.
