Job Description:

CK Search Global is working with the head of valuations at a leading advisory firm that has, over the past 7 years, built one of the most successful valuation practices in the marketplace.

The firm aims to double the size of this practice, and is looking to hire directors and future partners with valuation experience suitable for a director role. Relevant experience includes restructuring, contentious, financial reporting, and infrastructure, most likely gained in a UK-based advisory firm at Director or SM/AD level.

Role outline:

• Manage complex client assignments from start to finish, including drafting reports and acting as the primary client contact.
• Seek and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop an extensive internal network across geographical and client service boundaries to generate leads.
• Take responsibility for the development and finalisation of reporting documents.
• Ensure proper resourcing and supervision of tasks.
• Allocate resources efficiently, maximise team development opportunities, and improve processes.
• Contribute to the management and growth of the department.
• Manage, motivate, and coach team members, providing regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Lead valuation training for the team and review work of others.

About you:

• ACA / ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Valuations experience in restructuring, financial reporting, contentious, and infrastructure, suitable for a director role.
• Open to exceptional AD/SM candidates seeking a step-up or current directors exploring new opportunities in a rapidly expanding team.
• Experience likely gained in a Big 4, Top 10, or consulting firm.
