Austin Rose Associates is seeking a qualified Valuations AM/Manager or Senior Manager to join our London team. This role offers a path from Assistant Manager to Director as the firm continues to grow, with exposure to top-tier clients and international projects.

You will work on discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options pricing, and intangible asset valuations, supporting deals from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in discounted cash flow, multiples analysis, options, and derivatives pricing.
• Experience valuing intangible assets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of valuation clients across sectors.
• Provide project management of valuation engagements from inception to completion to support Corporate Finance and the wider business.
