Overview:

An established property consultancy is seeking a Valuation or Professional Services Surveyor to join its Southwest office. The successful candidate will work across a well-established client base, providing high-quality valuation and landlord & tenant services in the retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced professional team with flexibility, autonomy, and real impact in the local and regional property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake valuations for both secured and non-secured lending purposes
  • Handle Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears
  • Provide expert advice to a broad client base including private clients, pension funds, banks, and professionals
  • Play a key role in business promotion and local networking
  • Work across Devon and neighbouring counties

Candidate Requirements:

  • RICS qualified, ideally with 2+ years PQE (though all levels considered)
  • Strong working knowledge of property law and valuation methodology
  • Regional market awareness (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Confidence in business development and client interaction
  • Strong numerical and IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence
