About the Role

You'll play a key role in delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, asset management, and investment purposes. The firm services a diverse portfolio of commercial property and development land, giving you the variety and scope to keep your work engaging and high-impact.

As part of a wider national valuation network, you'll also contribute to larger portfolio valuations and benefit from the shared knowledge of specialists across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality RICS Red Book valuations for a range of commercial and residential development assets.

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across loan security, asset, and portfolio valuation work.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Agency, Investment, Development) to drive value for clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the valuation offering in Wales.

• Support junior surveyors (if at Associate or Director level) and help develop team capability.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS-qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.

• Background in commercial valuation within a consultancy or bank/lender environment.

• Confident communicator with strong report-writing, analytical, and client-facing skills.

• Experience at Senior Surveyor, Associate, or Director level.

• Commercially driven, collaborative, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
