Property Management Recruitment is seeking a Valuation Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their team in Leicester, focusing on valuations across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong Midlands market knowledge and excellent report writing skills.

You will conduct site inspections and compile detailed valuation reports while working closely with the Valuation Directors. The company offers a competitive salary, car allowance, and a supportive benefits package.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of the Midlands property market across residential and/or commercial sectors.
• Excellent report writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Experience across both residential and commercial valuation.
• Existing relationships with clients or lenders in the region.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out a range of valuations across residential and commercial property in the Midlands.
• Conducting site inspections, measuring buildings and applying local market knowledge.
• Compiling property information and producing detailed valuation reports.
• Reviewing occupational leases and assessing their impact on property value.
• Supporting client relationship management alongside the Valuation Directors.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of the Midlands property market

Report writing skills

Full UK driving licence

Experience in residential and commercial valuation

Existing client relationships
