Your Role:

• Carry out valuations for loan security, accounts, tax, internal decision-making, and development viability.
• Conduct property inspections, measurements, and detailed research.
• Produce high-quality reports in line with RICS Valuation Standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors.
• Support team and business development through new opportunities and improved internal systems.

• Residential and commercial development

• Specialist properties and viability assessments

What We're Looking For:

• MRICS-qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in commercial valuation
• Strong report-writing and project management skills
• Comfortable using ARGUS and MS Office
• Full UK driving licence
• Bonus if you have local market knowledge and client contacts
