Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality valuations for loan security, tax and financial reporting, and internal decision-making.
• Conduct inspections, measure areas, perform detailed research, and prepare professional valuation reports in line with RICS Valuation Standards.
• Identify new business opportunities within the commercial valuation sector.
• Support the delivery of major projects and client reports.
• Contribute to the development of efficient internal systems and processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MRICS qualification with post-qualification experience.
• RICS Registered Valuer accreditation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ARGUS software.
• Full UK driving license.
