The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, asset management, and investment purposes. The firm handles a diverse portfolio of commercial property and development land, offering variety and impact in your day-to-day work.

As part of a wider national valuation network, you'll also contribute to large portfolio valuations and benefit from shared expertise across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality RICS Red Book valuations across commercial and residential development assets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients across loan security, asset, and portfolio valuation work.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Agency, Investment, Development) to maximise client value.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of the valuation offering in Wales.
• Mentor junior surveyors (if at Associate or Director level) and contribute to team development.

What We're Looking For

• MRICS-qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
• Background in commercial valuation within consultancy or banking/lending environments.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and client-facing skills.
• Experience at Senior Surveyor, Associate, or Director level.
• Commercially minded, collaborative, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
