Beach Baker is recruiting a RICS Registered Valuer to join the Bristol team. Based in Bristol, you will deliver Red Book valuations across commercial, residential and development assets, working closely with agency, investment and development teams to serve a broad client base in the South West.

You will gain exposure to a thriving Bristol market, using advanced valuation tools such as KEL and ARGUS, and benefit from a collaborative, sociable team with hybrid working and clear progression

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status are required.
• Experience in commercial valuation and Red Book work is essential.
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills are required.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and client-facing confidence are important.
• ARGUS experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax and internal decision-making.
• Undertake property inspections and market research.
• Prepare high-quality, client-ready valuation reports.
• Provide advisory input across commercial and development property.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver joined-up client solutions.
• Support business development and growth of client relationships in Bristol and the South West.

The Opportunity

Based in Bristol, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of valuation instructions across the city and surrounding South West region.

Working closely with agency, investment and development teams, you will gain exposure to a broad mix of clients, properties and valuation instructions. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced valuer who wants to build their profile in the Bristol market while joining a consultancy with ambitious growth plans.

• Confidence dealing directly with clients and developing relationships
• Experience of ARGUS advantageous, but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
