Overview

Job Title: Valuation Surveyor

Location: Bristol or Exeter (Hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + car allowance + bonus

The Role

We are seeking a Valuations Surveyor in Bristol or Exeter for a property consultancy. As the successful Valuation Surveyor, you must be MRICS and a RICS Registered Valuer and have experience with commercial properties in the region. This position offers hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office.

The Company

This company is a Property Consultancy that was established more than 30 years ago now have a number of office across the South West and employee more than 65 people. They offer a wide range of services such as valuations, building surveying, land acquisition and disposal, project management, lease advisory, sales & lettings and much more!

The role will require

• Red Book valuations reports
• Give advise to client and colleagues
• Build on current client base for new business opportunities
• Work with the team on new business development
• Keep up to date with the local market
