Role & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct commercial property valuations for a wide range of clients.
2. Play a key role in the delivery of asset management services, working on diverse property portfolios.
3. Support Leasehold & Tenant (L&T) work, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations.
4. Prepare detailed and accurate reports, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
5. Work closely with clients, helping to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
6. Collaborate with the wider team on cross-departmental projects, offering your insight and expertise.
7. Manage your own time, with flexibility to work mostly remotely, while maintaining a proactive presence within the team.

About You:

1. Proven experience in commercial property valuation (ideally with exposure to a range of property types).
2. Strong understanding of Leasehold & Tenant (L&T) matters or a keen interest to expand your knowledge in this area.
3. Experience in asset management is advantageous but not essential.
4. A proactive, self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
6. Ability to work independently, with flexibility for home working, and contribute effectively to a small team environment.
