Reeds Rains in Salford are seeking a highly motivated Valuation Manager for a full-time, permanent position. No experience required though beneficial. The role offers a 5-day week, 25 days' holiday, loyalty days, a company pension, and uncapped OTE of £35,000 plus £4,000 car allowance.

You will build and grow sales instructions while delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include generating valuation appointments, securing new instructions, proactively prospecting for new business,

Job description

Reeds Rains in Salford are looking to recruit a highly motivated Valuation Manager on a full time, permanent basis. No experience required although beneficial.

• On Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 per annum - UNCAPPED
• Additional £4,000 per annum car allowance

In the role of a Valuation Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by

• Generating and conducting Sales Valuation appointments
• Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
• Proactively prospecting for new business
• Growing local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Always displaying excellent customer service

No experience required as full training can be given. Preferably you will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
