Qualifications

• Need good customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be accurate and target driven; previous busy office experience preferred.
• Experience in property sector is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with estate agents to compare properties, review figures and perform market appraisals.
• Complete valuation reports quickly and accurately.
• Obtain availability and property details from customers and arrange for agents to value their property.
