Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London is seeking a Valuation Control Quantitative Strategist to join the Risk Strats group. The role focuses on building front-to-back Python solutions for IPV, FV, PruVal and Levelling within the Valuation Control Strats function.

You will partner with Trading, Risk, and Technology to implement robust methodologies and governance, while contributing to regulatory documentation and platform improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and develop front-to-back Python functionality for valuation controls (IPV, FV, PruVal, Levelling).
  • Re-engineer platform analytics and tooling to improve efficiency of valuation control processes.
  • Collaborate with Trading and Risk to define practical, capital-efficient methodologies that meet policy and regulatory standards.
  • Develop Python frameworks to monitor and govern adherence to valuation standards.
  • Contribute to regulatory-compliant model documentation for models and changes.
