As Validations Advisor, you will liaise with internal departments to ensure authorised reimbursements are carried out promptly by ensuring all company systems are updated appropriately. Feeding back to the Team Leader on any identified improvements and efficiencies that will ensure outstanding customer care is delivered.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all incoming calls within the call centre as required
- Obtain authorisation to carry work out work on ATS Euromaster customer's vehicles in line with the customer's agreed policy
- Operate efficiently to ensure minimum delay to the customer
- Manage live job requests to ensure that all responses are dealt with in line with the industry standard of twenty minutes
- Ensure great customer service, To deliver outstanding customer care, in an honest and professional manner to existing customers such as leasing companies and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external customers and internal employees to ensure the department is easy to do business with
- Standardised with the rest of department
