As a key player in delivering high-quality service and validation for cleanrooms, containment facilities, fume cupboards, clean air devices, and minor air handling equipment, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional performance and compliance.

Your contributions will directly impact client satisfaction, reinforce our reputation for excellence, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, whether on-site or off-site.

What will you do?
  • Investigate and resolve client issues with CAT products and services, providing professional on-site or off-site assistance and advice.
  • Carry out minor repairs and basic servicing on air handling equipment.
  • Submit reports of all service visits and upload data promptly according to CAT specifications.
  • Ensure completion of all contracted tasks, relevant paperwork, and communication with the Admin team via CATConnected.
  • Review client PPM schedules and advise on testing method improvements.
  • Manage assigned test kits/equipment, ensuring timely calibration and reporting any issues.
  • Undertake all necessary training, including RoSPA-accredited health & safety, quality, and environmental training.
