Pharmaceutical Validation Engineer (Clean Air)
Location: St Helens, Merseyside
Salary/Benefits: 26k - 50k + Training & Benefits

Experience / Qualifications:

1. Must have a strong record working as a Validation Engineer for a Clean Air / Critical Air company
2. Will ideally hold the BOHS P601 and / or CSA grades / Eastwood Park training
3. Well-versed in ISO / HTM 0301 guidelines
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Strong written & IT skills
6. Flexible to travel when required

The Role:

1. Conducting validations of critical ventilation systems and clean rooms across pharmaceutical and healthcare client sites
2. HEPA filter and DOP testing
3. Particle counting
4. Testing and servicing of fume cupboards
5. Inspections, testing and repairs to AHUs
6. Measuring of air flow and pressure
7. Identifying system performance issues and making recommendations for repairs
8. Completing regular and thorough service reports
9. Maintaining the company's excellent reputation whilst attending client sites
10. Answering client queries and providing technical support
