Job summary

Ciceley Commercials Ltd is hiring a Valeter/Driver/Yard Operative in the Carlisle area. The role involves valeting vehicles to a high standard, including new vehicles before registration, plus general driving and site maintenance.

You will work with the workshop controller and service advisors to ensure top quality service and smooth customer experiences. A full UK driving licence is essential and prior experience in this type of role is preferred.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 Driving Licence required.
• Previous driving experience essential.
• Previous valeting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional presentation essential.

Responsibilities

• Valet vehicles to a high standard, including new/used/service vehicles.
• Collect and deliver vehicles as required across site/yard.
• Perform general site maintenance duties to keep areas tidy and safe.
• Park vehicles in designated areas to ensure easy customer access.
• Organise and maintain the yard to support efficient operations.
• Assist in moving vehicles as required by workshop or customers.
• Retrieve customers' vehicles and hand over after work completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction while adhering to company policies.
