SIXT is seeking a Valeter/Driver for London Stratford Int. Station to deliver top-class customer service and maintain vehicle presentation in outdoor car parks.

You will welcome customers on arrival, assist with returns and coordinate with branches for timely deliveries and collections. The role requires a valid driving licence with 12 months driving experience, flexibility for shift rotations, and a strong focus on accuracy in paperwork and vehicle condition checks.

Responsibilities

• Confirm any damage with customers and obtain signatures for records.
• Assist in refuelling and support branch operations while representing SIXT.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for our customers


• You will complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer to ensure a smooth transition


• You will manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service


• You will inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation


• You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager


• You will assist in refueling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations at all times while representing the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service
