Job Description:

Join the Fleet Service team at SIXT UK! We are looking for a customer-focused individual to be the first and last point of contact for our customers, working outdoors in car parks, welcoming customers, assisting with vehicle returns, and ensuring excellent service. This part-time role offers a starting salary of £25,633 per year, plus bonuses, for 32 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing, cleaning, and valetting vehicles to high standards
• Completing handover paperwork for smooth customer transitions
• Managing vehicle deliveries and collections between branches
• Inspecting vehicles for damage and reporting issues
• Confirming damages with customers and completing documentation
• Refueling vehicles and supporting branch operations while representing the SIXT brand
