Job summary

A family-run franchise dealership in Carlisle is seeking a full-time valeter. The ideal candidate will ensure that all vehicles are presented to the highest standard, work well in a team, and possess good communication skills. Previous experience is preferred but not essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime during busy periods.

Job description

Stan Palmer are looking for a full time valeter to join our busy dealership in Carlisle.

The successful candidate must be reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a positive and thorough approach to the role

Applicants must also:

• Have a desire to ensure all vehicles are prepared to the highest standard
• Enjoy working as part of a small team
• Work closely with other departments ensuring customer needs are delivered
• Have the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
• Have good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence

As part of the role you will be responsible for the maintenance of the forecourt and showroom ensuring all vehicles are presented to a high standard

Previous valet experience would be preferred but is not essential for the right candidate.

The hours of work will be 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday however at busy times you may be asked to work outside of these hours.
