Qualifications

• Previous experience in vehicle valeting, detailing or a related automotive cleaning role, or demonstrable aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high presentation standards.
• Good practical skills with cleaning tools and products; ability to follow product instructions and safe handling procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and to handle physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning, including washing, waxing, polishing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for condition issues and report any damage or faults to supervisors.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning materials and supplies.
• Move vehicles safely around the site as required, following site procedures.
• Keep valeting and storage areas clean, organised and compliant with health and safety practices.
• Support colleagues in the workshop and customer reception when necessary.

• Basic health and safety awareness and the ability to follow safe systems of work are expected.
