Job summary

JCT600 Ltd at Audi Doncaster seeks a Valet Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day valeting operation, ensuring service washes and handovers meet high presentation standards. You will work closely with Aftersales and Sales and manage the third-party valeting provider to guarantee efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires experience in vehicle valeting or automotive environments, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise

Qualifications

Experience in vehicle valeting or automotive environment preferred.
Strong presentation standards and attention to detail.
Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily valet operations and ensure timely service washes.
Monitor quality and ensure Audi presentation standards are met.
Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback.
Prioritise workloads to support schedules for workshop and collections.
Coordinate handover valets and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Support sales by preparing and presenting vehicles.
