Job summary

Arnold Clark in Glasgow is seeking a flexible Valet Supervisor to support the busy Kilbirnie Street Vanstore. You will help manage deliveries and collections, organise staff rotas and ensure materials are ordered, stocked and compliant with health and safety rules.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work additional hours when needed. An emphasis on customer service and effective team communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Organising daily deliveries and collections as efficiently as possible.
• Working with the branch manager to keep everything running smoothly.
• Promoting great customer service throughout the branch.
• Carrying out regular stock control of valeting materials and ordering new stock as needed.
• Liaising with internal and external organisations.
• Ensuring valet bays are kept tidy and that staff follow health and safety regulations.
• Organising staff rotas to ensure shifts are covered.
