Arnold Clark Group is recruiting a flexible and hardworking Valet Supervisor for our new Telford branch. The role involves supporting the branch manager, organising deliveries and staff rotas, and ensuring high standards of customer service and health and safety at all times.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work additional hours during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a friendly professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Ability to motivate staff to reach targets.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to cover extra hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily deliveries and collections efficiently.
• Work with the branch manager to keep operations running smoothly.
• Promote excellent customer service throughout the branch.
• Encourage clear communication between staff and management.
• Carry out regular stock control of valeting materials.
• Liaise with internal and external organisations.
• Keep valet bays tidy and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Organise staff rotas to cover shifts.
