Wheatley Homes Glasgow is seeking a Neighbourhood Void Operative to prepare empty properties for new customers, ensuring cleanliness and safety. You will clear furniture for storage or disposal, tidy gardens and communal spaces, and support trade teams with pre-work setup and post-work cleaning.

The role requires a full UK driving license and a satisfactory Disclosure check, with a 42-hour week in a 4-on/4-off pattern. Temporary contract in Glasgow.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of house clearances and cleaning.
• Experience using gardening equipment including powered tools is desirable.
• Full UK driving license is essential (as per role) and DBS/Disclosure checks may apply.

Aufgaben

• Prepare empty homes for new customers, ensuring properties are clean, safe and ready for moving in.
• Clear furniture and possessions for storage, donation, or disposal according to Wheatley procedures.
• Clear internal spaces, verandas and gardens; remove graffiti and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Work with trade teams to prepare properties for remedial works and clean after repairs.
