Job description: We seek an Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the School's activities. This role involves working across different areas and with diverse stakeholders, requiring a friendly, proactive attitude, attention to detail, and enjoyment of a varied environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational roles within higher or further education or the arts, a strong interest in performing arts, and experience in building operations.

The Oxford School of Drama is a leading UK Conservatoire Drama School and a registered charity (charity no: 1072770). Located in the Oxfordshire countryside, it offers an ideal environment for students to develop their craft. The School is currently undergoing curriculum updates and exploring new academic partnerships, making this an exciting time to join.
