Overview

Job Title: Sports Coach
Company: All Kids Can Ltd
Location: Various sites across South East London, Bexley and surrounding areas.
Salary: Start at £20,000 or £12.00 per hour depending on age and experience.
Contract Type: Part time, sessional, or full time available
Start Date: Flexible

Main responsibilities

• Deliver after school sports clubs for primary aged children
• Devise and organise sessions relevant to the attending children
• Liaise with school and parents regarding the programme delivery
• Maintain positive relationships with schools, parents and children
• Implement and uphold appropriate Safeguarding, Health and Safety and all other relevant policies associated to the company and delivery
• Support wraparound care programmes in mainstream school settings
• Engage children through structured play, creative activities and PE
• Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role

• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Knowledge of trauma informed or therapeutic approaches
• Full and clean driving licence

Interview Process

1. Stage 1: Successful applicants will be contacted for a screening interview
2. Stage 2: In person interview with at least two members of the AllKidsCan Team. Relevant checks and references will be collected.
3. Stage 3: Observed trial session at a relevant session
4. Stage 4: Successful applicants will be provided with a job offer letter and start date agreed
