An organization focused on empowering individuals is seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance skills, improve health, and build confidence for members with learning disabilities. This hybrid role requires strong project coordination and communication skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about empowering others and will work closely with beneficiaries. This position offers a permanent contract with full-time hours.

Role summary: The role holder will help to coordinate project(s), to increase skills, improve health, and build confidence and independence for our members with a learning disability. The role will involve project coordination of our exciting Health & Happiness project and working as part of our campaigns team.
The post calls for an individual with excellent project coordination, administration, and communication skills. We need a resilient individual who thrives on regular face-to-face interaction with beneficiaries.
The successful candidate will need to show a passion for empowering and raising the voices of people with learning disabilities.
Job location: This is a hybrid role (Circa 60% minimum of time based in office location). My Life My Choice, Unit 3, Watlington House, Watlington Road, Oxford, OX4 6NF
