Job title: Resident Engagement Manager

Role summary:The Learning, Empowerment and Participation (LEAP) team enables residents to take part in group activities and build a support network of staff, agencies and other residents as the first step towards making new connections and developing the confidence needed to participate in peer mentoring, volunteering, training education and employment. The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.

Job location: O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford OX1 1UL

Hours: 37.5 Hours

Contract: Permanent
