Tate is looking for a committed, enthusiastic person to preserve and manage its digital resources and be an advocate for developing digital preservation expertise across the organisation. The role reports to the Head of Business Solutions and involves ensuring that Tate’s digital resources are well-managed and accessible, and supporting the organisation’s digital preservation goals.

Responsibilities
  • Preserve and manage Tate’s digital resources and advocate for developing digital preservation expertise across the organisation.
  • Develop action plans, review policies and strategies, and create staff training programmes to ensure Tate systems accommodate all defined digital preservation metadata.
  • Ensure Tate’s digital resources are well-managed and accessible.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Impressive track record of managing digital rich media resources
  • Experience developing metadata schemes to support preservation
