Fixed Term

The Archaeology Data Service (ADS) provides digital data archiving services for UK archaeology. It is based in the University of York but works closely with external partners, both in Higher Education and in the public and commercial archaeological sectors. The ADS also manages the highly regarded Open Access journal, Internet Archaeology. Currently around 15 staff are employed. The Digital Archives Assistant role is envisaged as a fixed term trainee role for 3 years.
