This role is part-time, 28 hours per week, scheduled as follows: Tuesday 09:00-17:00, Wednesday – Thursday 09:00-17:15, Friday 09:00-16:30.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join the Library during a pivotal moment as we transform our services and launch a new strategy. We seek inspiring, credible, and authentic team players.

The role involves supporting the daily operations of the Modern Records Centre, including handling archival materials, supervising and assisting customers in the MRC Reading Room, and providing general administrative support for the archives service.

The successful candidate will support various face-to-face and virtual enquiry services, helping deliver excellent frontline customer service to the Library’s diverse user communities.
