Full-Time

The post of Copyright & Licensing Specialist is an exciting role based within the Open Scholarship Support department of the Bodleian Libraries. You will work alongside experts in a number of complementary fields - digital preservation, research data management, open publishing and digital innovation – to provide support and develop services in a topical and fast-changing area.

You will provide strategic advice to Bodleian staff on the approaches to take regarding copyright and licensing, as well as coordinating a central point of expertise, advice and guidance to the wider University. This is an exciting time for open scholarship and open access at the University of Oxford. As Copyright & Licensing Specialist, you will play a key role in the interpretation of nascent funder policies as they relate to open research requirements. You will provide hands-on training for staff and students as required, and administer key copyright licences for the University.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
