The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Theatre Collection. This role will enable you to work alongside the core team across a wide range of collections-based activities, including accessioning, cataloguing, preservation, and digital archives. This is a part-time (0.5) fixed-term post until 31st July 2024.

What will you be doing?

You will be involved in all aspects of Collections Management work, providing support to the Keepers and Director on a range of archival tasks. This includes managing the accession process with the Keepers, preparing digital material for ingest to Preservica, cataloguing onto Calm, and participating in preventative conservation across the collections. As a member of the small and busy core team, you will be expected to work across all areas of the Theatre Collection’s activities.
