Vacancy for Archives and Curatorial Assistant at London College of Fashion

Location: London College of Fashion – John Prince’s Street, Marylebone, and relocating to Stratford from Summer 2023

Position: Part-Time

About the Role: London College of Fashion (LCF) Archives is looking for an experienced Archives and Curatorial Assistant to assist in the day-to-day organization and delivery of services within the Archives. This role involves managing digital archives and collections and is crucial in the preparations for relocating the Archives to LCF's new site in Stratford in 2023.

About LCF Archives: LCF Archives house diverse collections that delve into London's history as a fashion hub. These collections serve as a valuable resource for teaching, research, and inspiration for students, staff, and the public.

Requirements:

• Degree in an arts-based subject
• Demonstrable interest in fashion and fashion history
• Experience as a collections administrator or assistant, preferably in a university or museum setting
