A regulatory compliance organization is seeking an enforcement team manager to oversee compliance with legislation. This role involves leading a high performance team, managing investigations, and liaising with colleagues on case trends. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in regulatory frameworks and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible working hours and pension options offered.
We are looking for an enforcement team manager to manage our enforcement team, within the Party and Election Finance directorate, in monitoring and securing compliance with legislation by those we regulate. You will have responsibility for assessing allegations of non-compliance with the law, as well as ensuring that investigations and case reviews are conducted with established policies, procedures and timescales.
You will be responsible for liaising with colleagues across the Commission about trends and case presentation as well as reporting on enforcement activity.
You will have considerable experience of working within and implementing regulatory frameworks. You will have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire a high performance team.
